Ay Hays Cool Kids, we want you to be complerely stisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:
How to Return Items:
To return an item please contact us at sales@hayscoolkids.com.au with your order number and reason for return or you can text 0405657090 to initiate the return process. You will receive instructions on how to safely send your item back to us.
We will provide instructions and a returns authorisation if the reutrn is approved.
Items must be returnered in the original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we received the returned items.
Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you received your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately connot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions & Exceptions:
- Items must be unused, in their orginal packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items, including personalised or final sale products, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@hayscoolkids.com.au or 0405657090. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibilitiy of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Conditions / Execptions:
- Items that are damaged, used, not in orginal condition may not be eeligible for a refund.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale inless defective
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty or inncorrect.
Refund Method:
- Refund's will be issued to the orgininal payment method used at purchase.
- You will receive a confimation email once the refund has been processed.
